Warranty Conditions

  1. Data Backup: We are not responsible for any data loss during repairs. Please back up your data before sending the product for repair.
  2. Screen and Touch Warranty: No warranty for the screen or touch parts in touch laptops and touch AIO PCs.
  3. Battery Warranty: Battery warranty is valid for six months and only if the battery backup is less than 10 minutes.
  4. Screen Dots: No warranty for dots on the screen.
  5. Electric Supply Damage: No warranty if the product is damaged due to faulty electric supply.
  6. Warranty Seal: No warranty if the serial number or warranty seal is removed or the product is repaired elsewhere.
  7. Physical Damage/Liquid Spillage: No warranty for physical damage or liquid spills.
  8. Repair Time: Hardware repairs usually take 3-5 weeks.
  9. Software Issues: No warranty for software problems.
  10. Warranty Card: Bring the warranty card to claim warranty service. No service without the warranty card.

Replacements & Refunds

  1. Defective Products: If a product is defective on arrival, it will be replaced. Send it back with all original packaging and accessories.
  2. Testing: We will test returned products for defects. If the product is defective, we will replace it or offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Make an unboxing video of the product and inform us immediately if it is defective.
  3. Refunds: If no replacement is available, you can request a refund. Refund charges apply for card/online payments.

Returns

  1. General Policy: No returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
  2. Online Purchases: You can return goods if they are the wrong model or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Used Products: Used products cannot be returned.
